Slight scratches but good to go(Lens are clear without scratches). 3)DM Premium Optics 4x magnifier w/ LaRue LT755-30S FTS mount, great little optic and personally i like it better than the Aimpoint 3x Magnifier. Used in good working condition, has slight scratches please see photo and a small scratch on the rear lens that does not effect the field of view.
