I have the original box for it and used it on my Glock 17 for a few years. It works flawlessly. The lense has some normal wear marks on it but if you wanted a new lense, I am sure Streamlight would send you one for free.
The ONLY reason I am selling it is because it is out of compliance with my work's policy and I need to get a Surefire x300 so if you got one of those to trade, you could have a light/laser combo instead of just your light.
I might consider a trade for a LED Streamlight M3.
