WTS: NcStar Sniper Scope, 10-40x50mm, 30mm tube with AO, turrets, $140,

About 2 years ago I bought an NcStar 10-40x50mm 30mm tube scope, has the chevron range finder reticle. I shoot rabbits and the reticle just isn't flying with me. I have almost quit shooting my 22-250 as it's way too much scope for what I do. I am regressing to a 4-12x40 basic scope.

BTW, it is illuminated as well. Have the original box, rings, paperwork, etc. I think I have weaver rings NEW and std rings used (currently in use) that will go with it.

Great scope, you darn near read a postage stamp at 400 yards.

I don't know how to use a mildot reticle and this chevron rangefinder type is right there in that hole math while you shoot thing! I don't shoot people, I shoot squirrels.

I dont think you'll find a blemish on the scope, I have only put about 100 rounds thru the rifle with it on. Sad..... only 100 rounds on what is my most accurate weapon, since the scope was added. I know you "sniper" 308 guys can use the scope to it's full potential.

heres a link to show what your getting

There is one thing I remember about it, I had to replace the turret setscrew as the factory allen had rounded due to it being very tight from factory. It now sports a slightly longer setscrew of exceptional quality. I'd be surprised if you notice the screw even exists.

They run $180 or so on Ebay still and thats about what I paid for it not including the extra rings as my Savage wasn't weaver (factory rings).

I'd be happy if I get $140 out of the package. So $140 it is, rings and scope in box, full warranty (Lifetime and local), docs, etc.

I own about 7 NcStar scopes, all 2-7x32 pistol scopes. They are excellent quality, I have Burris as well. You can tell them apart based on eye relief performance but otherwise, optical clarity, function, fit and finish.... they are stellar. Add the value and thats why I took a chance on the scope. I just was stupid for putting this large and style of scope on my "hunting" rifle.
