Some people give up allot easier than other so don't persecute them for being quiters. This is America so respect people for the way they are, even if they had to go to "special" school when they were little.

Yes, some, or allot if you are picking large companies in New York to order your ammo from, will send you a nasty little response that you are not worthy of their product because you live in CA, then give you a thumb at nose response (oh know save the children, run, someone just denied me, oh my god!). After receiving one or two of these you can give up and throw your hands in the air and say the "SKY IS FALLING, OH MY GOD!"

Most normal people though figure a work around, which in this case is to just try another retailer, and if required going to forums like this and finding out who is shipping to the pinko liblerals in Marin. You would be surprised as allot of these dealers are on the other side of the swinging pendlum will gladly sell to CA residents hoping the idiots shoot each other with said ammo to protect the U.S. of A. gene pool and to stop pinko liberal politics from CA going to Washington DC.
