Here's what I have:

Glock 17C
Glock Barrel (non-compensated/ no ports)
Stock guide rod w/spring
Front sight: Dawson Fiber Optic sight (Red)
Rear sight: Glock adjustable sight
Polished internals with competition springs

I think I only have a little over 100 rounds but not more than 150 rounds for sure.
