No matter what I dressed that magnet in, lingerie, leather, nude...those rounds were not attracted to it which leads me to believe you might be purchasing gay ammo. But if it goes boom...then hey...dont ask dont tell.

It works for both M4 and M16 so the answer is yes. I also have a mag pouch for a colapsable stock that goes with it for 15.00 (not listed)
