So just so I get this right. What you have in that picture is a YHM 14.5 pinned barrel and comp with a carbine length gas system with a YHM Todd Jarrett midlenth forearm and end cap. I am just asking this question because I called YHM and asked them and they told me that it couldn't be done. As soon as I saw this setup on their website I wanted it just not with a rifle length forearm. They told me that the end cap wouldn't fit that the spector two piece gas block would get into the way. I asked them if they physically tried it because I did the math on it and it should fit. I was thinking that the end cap may have to fit over the gas block and I might have to get the end cap for the heavy barrels. Let me know which end cap you used and if it all fits fine just so I feel right buying my own.
