Is this a .223 with conversion kit?

        It's a 1/16 twist 20" barrelled .22LR dedicated CMMG factory built upper.
I do field testing for them and have 2 20" uppers. I only need one.
This one has less than 100 rounds through it and is basically new. The box you see is the one it shipped in.
The second I have is free floated. I'm going to test it to see what I can get out of it.
