3) Like new JP Short Range Tactical Sight (JPSRTS) , black front sight insert. Mounted on JP hand guard, it allows for fast reflexive engagement from pointblank to 35-40 yards. For a right-handed operator, mount the JP-SRTS with JP tactical rail at 1:30 forward on hand guard, cant rifle left and shoot like a pistol. This technique is much faster at close range than using a magnifying optic and much more reliable than just looking over the scope or down the hand guard.

4) Like new AR MonsterMan Grip: If you live in California and have an off-list lower receiver for an AR-style rifle, you can have a detachable magazine if you use a MonsterMan Grip.

7) Used Colt Slide with front sigh dovetail cut and rear bomar cut, 2-slot ported STI 5" bull barrel with Wilson Cut. No front sight or rear sight included. Just the bull barrel only cost $200 new. Good deal for your project.
