Unknown manufacture, 7 inch barreled upper receiver. Comes with charging handle, bolt carrier and bolt. Also comes with a pistol and mid length hand guard as well as a YHM flash suppressor.
I recently bought this, from a guy on another board. When I bought it, he had spray painted the entire thing camo. After I stripped the paint I noticed a few dings in the receiver, nothing bad just cosmetic. I also noticed the brass deflector had a few dings he tried to polish out before painting it, so now its bright shinny aluminum.
I have decided against a AR pistol and paid more than I am asking. My loss, your gain.
