This is a GEN I with the Colt series 70 original style not the series 80 safety interlocks all the Kimber II pistols have.


Nice tight Frame to slide fit.


Stainless Slide, Barrel, Guide Rod, Bushing, Beaver-tail, safety, slide lock and hammer.


Nice tight barrel to bushing fit.


Very nice factory trigger.


Bul-Transmark in Israel made the frames for Kimber on the GEN I High Cap Polymer Pistols


Light weight easy handling 5-inch pistol with beveled surface treatment for carry.


Sweet 1911 in my opinion.


Wonderful to shoot with the Stainless Rail implant and the nice polymer grip.


Black carry rear sight with flat serrated sight surface.


If you have never shot a nice 1911 with a polymer frame, you are in for a treat with this one.


Able to take your Pre-Ban Kimber / Kimber II / Bul M5 14 round mags, or your modified Para P 14-45 mags.

The stock came off My AR 10 and is an AR 10 Magpul Stock.

I called Magpul Industries, and was told by technical services that the AR 10 stock can be used on the AR 15 with no issues, but that the AR 15 version will not work on the AR 10 version with the cheek piece filly raised (you will not be able to charge the weapon).


The cheek piece on my stock is factory purpose built, installed a small distance (1/2-inch) shorter, to allow use on the AR 15 as well as the AR 10, which will allow the AR 10 weapon to charge.


My stock will work perfectly for AR 15 and AR 10.
