FS: A3 Target Upper ($470 or Best Offer)

-------==== SOLD, SOLD, SOLD, and thank you everyone ====--------

FS: A3 DPMS Target Upper w/ bolt and charging handle (unfired by me)

History: Well, this little gem has been sitting in the recesses of my safe for over a year, and has never been fired. I bought this target upper because I thought it would be cool to use for precision shooting... which never happened. I'm tired of it sitting around, skulking in the deep recesses of my safe, and it's time for it to find a happy home... preferrably one where it can blast squirrels or other rodentia.

I bought this upper brand-new from gunbroker.com for ~$550.00. While I never fired it, it does appeared to have been fired at least once (maybe test fired at the factory). It still looks brand-new, however, it does have a few marks from being moved around in the safe to get at the guns that I DO shoot (which happens less and less frequently with an 8 month old). I did try out some scope rings on it a while ago, but never tried to seat glass on it, as that would have been more $$$.

Only other noticeable things I have to say about this upper is that the barrel is only fluted on the front 6" before the gas block. The rest of the barrel appears to be non-fluted.

Additional pictures can be found here: http://s111.photobucket.com/albums/n...junk/a3_upper/

First person to post "I'll take it" gets it. Please PM me if you have additional questions, want more pictures, etc. I'm in the Santa Cruz area of the state, if anyone wants to see it personally. I will ship this item for actual cost via USPS, insured.

    Thanks for looking!
