WTT my Bushmaster Dissipator upper. It comes complete with BCG and charging handle. It's like new, has been used once less than 100 rds through it. This thing is in pristine condition. Now it just sits in the safe. Looking to do a new build, looking to trade for another 16" upper, car or mid length. If you're interested pm me with what you have.
