WTS - NEW LMT 14.5" Barreled Upper 1/7 CB, never fired by me but I'm sure LMT test fired all their uppers/rifles. $450

No BCG/CH/HG/CH/BUIS, has A2 FH unpinned so all NFA rules apply. Originally was going to install Daniel Defense Lite 9.5FSP then pin/weld, but never materialize. Make sure you know what you are buying, need to have 2.5" FH permanently installed to have legal 16.1" upper.

How about just pinned? Or does the statment "pinned" = permanently welded?

Basically needed the fh to be welded to the barrel, or the preferred method is drill both fh and barrel thread, drop a pin in there and then weld the top. Anything goes as long as it is "permanently" attached and contributes to making the overall barrel length 16.1" or longer (starting from feed ramp to end)
