I have a Cobray 37MM tube with underbarrel mount.

This is a short barrel 37MM Tube. It's used but in good condition.

This is a package deal which includes a 37mm - 12 gauge adapter.

Also includes 5 12 ga signal flare rounds, ten 37mm smoke rounds, ten 37mm red starburst rounds, ten 37 mm white starburst rounds.

Everything for $400. I will ship for $20 or FTF in the Sacramento area.

It's only designed to fire the short signal flare rounds...not a firearm. However, I'll pull that from the listing if it's prohibited. Funny...all my years in Law Enforcement make me have a "WGAS" attitude toward little, nothing things like this. Thanks for the insight if it is prohibited.

Sir the 12 gauge flare adapter is is just that. It adapts the 37mm to use 12 gauge flare. It is completely legal and less expensive to use. If you modify the device to accept 12 gauge rounds then yes you have committed a crime.

I'll second that a flare adaptor is legal as long as it is not used to create a sbs, the same way that a 1911 stock is legal as long as you don't use it to make a sbr.
