Hum, that is the DFT version that goes for $200. I just paid almost $180 for mine about 2 months ago. This is a steal. If shipping was an option I would be all over this.

Also the sled is fully functional with out the "red thingy" (if I understand what the OP is talking about). The makes for a smoother up and down fine adjustment, but works with out it. Replacement parts are also available.
