I guess they would call this the 6" - 9" but it technically supports the forend from 7" to 11" off the bench. Everything works and it can be adjusted anywhere in between 7-11 inches with the knurled knobs on the legs.

He was probably asking because it appears the rubber feet are missing off the bottom of the legs.

Here are the feet. They are hard rubber.
