***SPF*** (to first responder- killerscooter; thanks) Blackhawk Omega Phalanx Homeland Security vest (black)- $50 FTF in North Bay, upper Bay Area / $55 shipped. Vest is used, but in excellent condition. Has two pouches for up to four 5.56 mags on left side as well as handcuff, OC, shotshell, and storage pouches; both internal and external. Has MOLLE webbing on back and internal water bladder on back; refer to Blackhawk's website for further. Retails for $189, but priced to move as I dislike the selling process.
