also just on a side note - i know the link to CL probably breaks one of the rules for the 'for sale' forum, BUT...

I threw that in there in case anybody sees the exact same ad (it is copy/pasted from a word doc afterall) - you don't think it's a scam. Also because using the contact email on CL will probably be the most productive way to get ahold of me. I'm out of the house a lot - but my girlfriend is home a lot.
