Here I have a slightly used but not abused muzzle brake for a Mini-14.
I believe it is brand Eagle.

If I understand correctly, that looks like a flash hider to me. The opening of the muzzle should roughly be a tiny bit larger than the bullet itself for a true brake. That may land someone with some accidental AW charges if not careful. Double check that it is classified as a brake and not a flash hider/brake.

The items at that link all have bayo. lugs. My Muzzle Brake does not have that feature, and maybe thats the difference.

Does not matter. "muzzle brake"=ok
"muzzle device"=ok
"flash hider"= AW feature.
It's literally in the phrasing.
