I bought this off Fleebay a year ago, received it and was disappointed with its quality. The rear sight, twists a little and I would not trust it to hold zero.
I have never used it, mounted it or done more then twist the screws a little.
In my opinion it is only good as a carry handle. Or if you want the carry handle look.
