O.K., this is one of those *going in a different direction*/*my safe is getting too packed* ads...
I am located in the Bay Area (East Bay) and travel for work, so I can easily meet up with you. FTF Only. If you are interested in any of these goodies, and want to check them out, I am a member at Chabot and usually try to be there either saturday or sunday.
I have been a Calgun member for a while, but never post, but am a faithful "lurker"...
The story: I have an original Olympic Arms (yes, let the bashing begin) AR that I bought way back in 1995. (remember the good ole' days?) It sat around for *years* collecting dust and never shot it. Back then, flat top AR's and Picatinny rails were non-existent. Despite what you have read about Oly Arms, I never had any issues with it. I guess I was one of the lucky ones. Fast forward to about a year and a half ago, and got BRD really bad and decided to *tacticool* the upper out. Took off the orginal fixed carry handle upper, and replaced it with a RRA flat top upper reciever. Tricked her out and sighted her in and basically sat in the back of my safe other than clearing my house of zombies. I am currently building a mid-length (and changing to FDE) and since I have an M-Forgery already (wait a minute, doesn't everyone have more than *one* AR??!!), she needs to find a good home.
All right you *retro* guys, this might be your baby (aka XM-177). I am selling her cheap enough for you first time guys also. I hate to see her go, because you always love *your* first one, but its time to say goodbye and let someone else enjoy her.

2. Leupold CQ/T 1x3x14 Mark IV. Original Box. You read the reviews, so you decide. Its a nice piece of glass. $600.00
3. Vltor EMOD (Black) Original Box Stock Only $100.00
4. Surefire M73 (7-inch) Picatinny Rail $150.00
5. Magpul MIAD Full Kit (Black) $35.00
6. Tango Down Front Vertical Grip (Black) $48.00
7. Tango Down Stubby Front Vertical Grip (Black) $48.00
8. LMT Mil-Spec collapsible stock (stock only) $60.00
9. Rock River Commercial collapsible stock/buffer/buffer spring $50.00

I took off all the tacticool parts and put the original Oly upper back together and selling the parts separately. If desired, I can put it back together in the *tacticool* form with the RRA flat top upper. Its up to the buyer of the upper.
