CA Compliant Meta Tactical Parts Kit

I've designed and built a parts kit that would make the Meta Tactical CA compliant.

1. Pistol grip has been swapped for purposely designed fin grip that fits the chassis
2. Telescoping Stock has been disabled with a stock lever block
3. Meta Tactical Apex Kits are shipped with thread protector
4. Chassis Extension makes the overall length at least 30 inches

I liked this concept so much, until I realized it has to be CA compliant. Fudge man.
