Come with everything pictured. The battery is rechargeable through the USB cable. The mount is picatinny. Has a light indicator on the side to show the battery level - which is a feature I've never seen! The light itself retails for $110 without the pressure pad, which needs to be bought separately for $20 and without the mount, which is another $13. Everything together would be $143 before taxes and shipping, here for $80!
