Found several brand new in box M4 RAS Carbine kits, manufacture date of 12/04, the rails say Titusville but the (4) 11 rib panels and the panel holder say Vero Beach. They are all complete kits, still in plastic, with VFG, (4) 11 rib panels, (2) 6 rib panels, (1) 4 rib panels and (2) 2 rib panel. These are out of production.
