This is a used complete upper. Comes with a BCG and charging handle, ready to mate with a lower.
There are scratches and blemishes as pictured, but runs like a champ! Never babied, and never had a malfunction!
Treated like a trunk gun, hence the scratches. Planning on getting a URGI soon...
