I have for sale brand new Government Roll Mark M4 Carbine PSA stripped AR 15 lower receiver with BURST select fire roll mark. Lower is made of forged 7075 aircraft grade aluminum. The fit and finish on these lowers are excellent. There is zero play or slop between PSA uppers and other uppers made by different companies. These are brand new with no blemishes.
