Used to belong to father in law, this is an estate sale. Lightly used, he only used it inside his home to look into the backyard for wild animals and possible intruders, item looks like new, the optics are in mint condition (no scratches or scuff marks), all very clean. Tested it recently, functions perfectly. The small white specks you see on the black rubber protective cover are just dust and lint that likes to stick to rubber.
