With the exception of the plain plastic forearm which is new, these items were taken off a gun that was in a house fire. Most of the issues are from water and smoke. The trigger guard bow has some heat blistering (see pictures) not affecting function. Some rust on metal hardware/screws, etc. Fire control and flashlight/laser are completely functional. Heat Shield has been refinished
