Selling a cheap complete upper. Oberland Arms 16" 5.56 1/7 twist carbine nitride barrel, only 10 rounds down the pipe. Mil-spec charging handle. New nitride bolt carrier group. YHM gas block. Strike Industries forward assist. 13" lightweight M-Lok handguard with rails at front and rear. A2 flash hider. Upper and furniture were painted before and stripped.
