NO! I don't neuter magazines to be in "Tyrannical State(s) Compliance" its up to the buyer to figure out what laws they wish to follow and abide by.

The same people saying they won't comply or wear a bunch of "Will NOT comply" swag are ALL most likely the ones that will comply with all of that tyrannical stuff that is below the Constitution.
