Hello,
I do kydex sheathes for knives that I make.
I’m familiar w mold making, but haven’t incorporated it into my kydex yet. If I can be of assistance, let me know.

There are videos on YT that show you how to do it. It's really not that hard. When I made a holster for a gun I found the process fun. You can buy a small sheet of pyrex online for fairly cheap.
