Colt 6940 Upper, 16-inch barrel, One pice monolithic receiver

This upper came off a Colt 6940 LE. The gun was purchased for law enforcement use. I am the original owner. Used lightly to qualify and occasional range training. It has a Battle Comp muzzle compensator, BCM ambi charging handle and the original bolt. I have never sold an upper and did a quick internet search. Most sites list the upper receiver for $1,200+. Receiver has very minor blemishes from normal use, but no obvious scratches or gouges :
