5) Back to the Top (BTT) is allowed once per calendar day per PST/PDT.
'Calendar Day' refers to the 24 hour period described as 'MM/DD/YYYY' in the Pacific time zone.
This rule also encompasses all the other methods used to surreptitiously "bump" a thread sooner than allowed.
