Used Leupold Mark AR MOD-1 6-18x40MM Scope on a Leupold AR mount. Has Leupold flip up lens covers. Cross Hairs reticle.

This has been on an AR-15 and used ~500 rounds. Cosmetic scratches to screws on the mount. Original owner marked the mounting screws for position and I made some idiot marks on screws during removal (see pics). Scope itself is clean in great condition.
