Not sure if this is the right forum. Any one had problems with them ??
I placed an order on Aug. 4th ,
supposedly it was shipped on Aug. 8th,
tracking showed it in transit to next facility on Aug 15th
and that is the last tracking info available
Urban carry did add an extra charge for lost/stolen items
I have contacted them several times and they blamed it on Covid and asked that I be patient .I have asked for a refund and since then they have gone silent?They have taken their phone number for customer support off the website
I filed a dispute with Paypal 10 days ago and they (urban Carry) has not responded
Anyone else?
