M4 16" spike upper *price drop

Spike tactical M4 upper saw 200 rounds of .22lr, specs from Spike's site.
I took it apart to clean it, the A2 front sight was removed and in place is a low pro gas block.
handguard, flash hider, a NEW gas tube and NEW 0 count bolt carrier will be included and installed.
Asking for $540 shipped

Flat head screw driver and allen key, I forgot what size that's all. It bolts right on after you remove the handguard.
