Couple questions.. Can these be used in a 5.45 upper, or strictly .223? I know 223 is a .22 cal, so they can probably only be used with a .223 barrel, I just figured I'd ask.. Also, is there anything wrong with using one of these kits in a nicer AR upper? Especially one with a 1 in 7 twist?Comment

the ciener kits have a 223/556 chamber insert so i dont think it will work with the 545 upper. the bullet diameter for 223, 556 and 545 are all close enough to 22 cal so that shouldnt be the problem. the problem would be the casing shape. i might be wrong but thats what i understand.Comment
