For sale is a AR 410 upper. Bought new from Classic Arms in 2011. This was made by Safir Arms in Turkey. Same company that ATI used when they imported these years ago and slapped their name on them. This has only been fired a handful of times. 410 is notoriously variable, and I never had any 410 that cycled. ATI made their own ammo specifically for this model. I heard that ammo was a sure way to make it run. I suppose reloading 410 to meet this spec is an option, but I never made it a priority to get this thing to work. My laziness could be your reward. I have one 5 round magazine to go with this upper
