I got this barrel as part of a slide purchase from a fellow calgunner (so, no original packaging). Total round count is 80 - round count at purchase was 50, and I've since put exactly 30 rounds through it. It's effectively a brand new barrel, with all the tight tolerances you'd expect from a reputable manufacturer like Blacklist.
In the interest of full disclosure: I'm selling because the tolerances are actually too tight to interface well with my Gen 3 Zev Trilo slide. Lockup is suuuuuper tight, so much so that it's sluggish to lock back up after cycling.
Didn't cause any malfunctions for me, but I just didn't like the feel.
I can't say that this would be a problem endemic to any ZEV slide + Blacklist barrel, but that's just something for you to consider if you're planning on a similar combo. My guess (pure conjecture) is that if you have an OEM slide, or something milled from an OEM (i.e. Jagerwerks, ATEI, etc.) then this barrel will be perfect for you.
I'll put up some photos later tonight when I get home, but condition is excellent. No smileys on the barrel, but there is some wear at the locking shelf (a consequence of that super-tight lockup).
