    British Radway Green 5.56 ammo

I found this in the back of my closet just before I left for MN and I need to put it up for sale.

I don't have a picture of it, as I'm in Minnesota and won't be back for a couple more days. It's some of the most beautiful ammunition I've ever seen... very little if any tarnish.

Apparently not the same as M855 but still shot great in my AR and patterned very well.

I have 500 rounds on stripper clips, price is $225.

For sale FTF in Yorba Linda, Fullerton, or Orange.

    Thanks,
    Tim

As far as I know, yes. From what research I've done, it's no different than PRVI Partisan making M193 and M855, it's just from another country.

Is it recent production from the last two years or is this older ammunition produced prior 2006?

I doubt it's less than 2 years old... after all, it's surplus. But I don't have it with me so I can't check, sorry.

Radway is not the same as M855. It has less powder thus a lower velocity which has been known to cause timing issues in some AR's.

I had not known that, my mistake. I will edit my thread. I have shot 150 rounds of this with no problems though. I have a 20" barrel w/ rifle gas system.

62gr. magnetic, so I assume steel core.

I have shot atleast 1,000 rds of this, and I have had 0 problems with it. While I still prefer my M-855 62gr for my SHTF stash, this is good clean ammo and I wouldnt hesitate to use it. If I didnt still have 2 cases of it, Id buy it from you Crusader. Free bump for good ammo at a good price
