    rpk parts legal in PRK

    Hello everyone. I was wondering if an rpk parts kit that I am interested in buying is legal to own here in comifornia? Thanks

      The parts kit is legal.
      It must be built out featureless.
      Unless building it out from a commercial receiver, it will be subject to the new laws governing 80% builds WRT serial numbering and marking.
