I have had this for a while in my safe and it's time to go, it has served me well but I am no longer using it. I would say 300-400 rounds through it. It's basic and works but don't expect to be shooting sub-MOA at 100 yards with this and your .223/556 barrels. Doesn't work like this, however at 25-50 yards this works just fine and you can have a full day of fun with it.
It comes with everything you see in the pic plus the charging handle which I forgot to take a pic, but it is a complete kit. Perfect for teaching the kids or Mrs. to handle the AR without the loud .223 round going off and making them jump. The exact reason I bought it.
