FirstSpear Standhogg plate carrier with SAPI plates

I work in law enforcement and have lightly used this plate carrier. It's black in color. Size large. SAPI plates included. It comes with and admin pouch, ar mag pouches, and two glock pistol mag pouches. I have a little over a thousand dollars invested into this piece of kit. I'll let it go for 700.00.
