I have a lightweight PSA 16" midlength upper (1:7 twist) I bought a couple years ago. Was going to build a budget rifle for a buddy, but they ended up having to move for work before I ever got around to it. It's never been shot, and is in perfect condition. NO BCG / CHARGING HANDLE.
