AR Upper-Santa Cruz County, no ship

I am selling an AR upper receiver/barrel with Magpul MOE grip. It does not have the bolt carrier group. I believe it is a .223/5.56. I do not know the brand/make.
The bore is clean and shiny, the rifling appears excellent.
