Sig MPX carbine compensator, San Jose

    Hey Calgunners!

I wanted to make my Sig MPX carbine featureless and didn't see any options online. The stock barrel is too short (about 13in) to just slap a regular brake on it, so I some made at work. This compensator is a little over 6inches and will meet the 16in barrel and overall length requirements if you pin / weld it. Also has pin hole and black annodize finish.

I currently have 9pcs available, can make more if there is interest.

To install, you would have to
    1) drill out the weld on the factory flash hider
    2) drill and re-pin it
    3) spot weld over the pin.

$45 FTF in San Jose or $45+shipping.

Attached are pics of the actual finished compensator.

This sucks...they tell us we can't have something we paid for in the stock configuration. The best part is i can't leave it too my wife or son if i die...thanks Jerry Brown..such a dick.

@explosivewhale - I can make some shorter ones. Thought having them being a little longer can help with those who want to adjust the length of pull and meet OAL. Just wanted to sell off these first and get some $$$ back before I get my machinist to make some more.

I like the idea and the price is right but have you thought about building a functional brake in 3.5in? I am in the market for one

I will take one at minimum length (to keep barrel legal) as not planning on messing with LOP.
