I've got 8 or 9 100-pellet jars of Hodgdon Pyrodex pellets. They're 44/45 caliber, and each pellet is equivalent to 30 grains of FFFG. I've used them in 44 caliber cap and ball revolvers and also in black powder 45 Colt and 45/70 Government cartridge loads, and found them very handy in both applications. For revolvers, they are faster and cleaner to load than loose powder in a flask, and for rifles, two pellets over a 405 gr bullet in a 45/70 case yielded 2MOA accuracy without having to mess with powder drop tubes or over-powder wads.
However, I have since converted my cap and ball with a Kirst converter, and have limited my 45/70 to smokeless powder, and I'd like to sell off these pellets for $10/jar (10 cents per pellet).
I will also consider trades for the following powders: Hodgdon/IMR 4198, Hodgdon Clays or Universal Clays, IMR 4759 or Trail Boss.
