Genuine USGI M16A2 rifle upper assembly - Authentic FN - Fabrique Nationale d'Herstal contract component for military use.
Offered item was purchased from a military surplus dealer at an Ohio gun show many years ago. This is not one of the recently produced commercial market nostalgia farb items offered by FN for well over $1,000.
The 5.56mm NATO chrome lined 20" barrel is 1:7 twist being marked "FNMI MP". Receiver has the raised FN "FK" government contract symbol. Assembly appears to be lightly, if at all used, with some storage marks and scuffs. Only one available! Please see photos for additional description. No bolt carrier group is included.
