New, never mounted, with dual aperture A2 rear sight.
This is really decent with a nice finish, elev works fine, was also able to set for IBZ. Currently depicted set at 6/3 but I already set it to bottom out at 6/3-4, e.g., IBZ. This is very similar to mil-spec and I measured the shelf and it appeared to be 0.835", which surprised me.
Windage clicks are for the most part well defined and there's occasional 'play' but it's not a big deal. You can probably correct with use or a small adjustment if you are handy but there is no problem with left/right aperture movement per se. You can't expect mil-spec quality at this price.
The within listing is a clone by UAG but it will easily take you out to 300 meters back to point blank, and 250 or so with the IBZ zero, and keep same POA. So, you won't have to touch elevation knob again to those distances. Note there are no elevation markings for 400 or 500 meters but you will be able to set for 600 meter shots merely by doing a full rotation of the elevation dial and set again at the new 6/3.
This is great if you are new to shooting with the A2 rear sight and will help you in deciding whether you like shooting with a carry handle. And if your rifle is featureless with a rail you won't have to worry about 'handling' it due to lack of a pistol grip!
Looks nicer in person because camera lens picks up light reflections, dust, etc. and gives appearance of wear marks that do not exist.
Price: $15.00 firm, can't go wrong with this for the money.
Open to trades, let me know what you have.
Sorry, FTF only, San Marcos Civic Center vicinity.
Check out my other listing. Buy both for only $30- http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s....php?t=1315853
